About noscis

What We Do

Most organizations still rely on intuition when making critical people decisions.

Noscis was built to change that.

Grounded in behavioral science, noscis helps companies design quantified, objective systems across every stage of the employee journey, from hiring to leadership.
At its core is the Noscis Behavioral Competency Framework™, a proprietary model that defines the competencies that truly drive success in each role and builds the structures to evaluate, develop, and lead with clarity.

Replace intuition with evidence and build organizations where people are hired, developed, and rewarded for what actually matters.

Our Research Foundation

The noscis methodology was developed through applied research with Optimal Human Reinforced, in collaboration with their talent acquisition and recruitment teams.

We examined how organizations attract, assess, and promote talent, revealing a consistent pattern across industries and company sizes: even sophisticated organizations rely on intuition where they need structure.
Parallel studies with startups and mid-sized firms revealed the same pattern: organizations spend years fixing broken processes instead of replacing them with systems that work.

Noscis closes that gap by translating behavioral science into practical systems that organizations can adopt quickly and scale confidently.

Trusted by Optimal Human Reinforced and informed by research across both enterprise and high-growth contexts, noscis is setting a new standard for how organizations understand and develop human potential.

The Founder

Noscis was founded by Elina Konstantinidou, a behavioral scientist and systems builder whose work bridges behavioral research, consulting, and organizational design.

She has built behavioral science frameworks applied across academic and organizational settings; systems designed to measure behavior, improve decision quality, and guide human performance.

Elina graduated early from Columbia University, double majoring in Neuroscience & Behavior and Economics, while working full time as an Associate Neuro Expert at Optimal HR Group, conducting applied neuroscience and behavioral research.
She later earned her master’s in Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, and went on to build her career in applied behavioral science consulting.

Her cross-disciplinary background shaped a single conviction: that people decisions should be made with the same rigor as scientific ones.
